Our Mindful Moments Campaign brings mental health awareness into everyday spaces, through calm, uplifting resources, shared stories, and digital outreach.

With posters, short videos, and community challenges, we make mindfulness easy and stigma-free. These small steps help people feel seen, supported, and empowered to care for their mental health.

According to Mental Health America (2023), over 1 in 5 adults in the U.S. lives with a mental illness, and nearly 60% don’t receive any treatment. Stigma, access, and lack of awareness remain major barriers, especially in underserved communities. Yet even small interventions like breathing exercises, peer conversations, and educational tools can reduce stress and build resilience.
This campaign brings care into everyday spaces, through small, calm moments that remind people they are not alone, and their mind matters too.
