Whether you’re logging steps in your neighborhood or tracking progress with friends, every stride helps raise awareness and funding for community wellness programs.

The World Health Organization (WHO, 2023) reports that physical inactivity is one of the leading risk factors for death worldwide, and communities with limited access to safe outdoor spaces often suffer the most. Just 30 minutes of walking a day can reduce stress, improve heart health, and even lower symptoms of anxiety and depression, yet many people feel alone or unmotivated to start.


The Steps to Strength Challenge makes wellness social, inclusive, and fun, empowering people to move with purpose while knowing their steps support someone else’s well-being too.
